🔁 Refunds for Digital Products & Services

  • All digital product and service purchases (including downloads, toolkits, media kits, PR packages, or subscriptions) are non-refundable.
  • If you are charged more than once for the same item or experience technical issues (e.g., product not delivered), please contact us within 7 days at entrepreneur.live1@outlook.com.
  • Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, only in cases of duplicate payment or non-delivery.

🎟️ Refunds for Event Tickets (Free & Paid)

  • Free tickets: No refund is applicable.
  • Paid tickets: Refunds are issued only if the event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer.
  • We do not offer refunds for:
    • No-shows
    • Change of mind
    • Late arrival or inability to attend
  • Ticket transfers: You may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing us at least 48 hours prior to the event start time.
  • In the case of rescheduling, your ticket remains valid for the new date or can be transferred to a friend/colleague.

💼 Service-Based Offerings (PR, Media, Consulting)

  • All service purchases are non-refundable once work has commenced or access has been granted.
  • In the event of dissatisfaction, we encourage open communication to resolve concerns professionally.

📦 Delivery Policy (Digital Products & Tickets)

All purchases made on www.entrepreneurlive.in are delivered digitally via email or through secure account access.

  • Event Tickets: E-tickets are sent to your registered email ID immediately after payment. If not received within 1 hour, check your spam/junk folder or contact support.
  • Digital Products & Services: You’ll receive access or a download link via email. For subscriptions or ongoing services, access details will be shared within 24–48 hours.

No physical shipping is involved.
